It all wraps up in time for the park's 10 p.m. and the first band starts playing a short time later. The festival, now in its fourth year in Jacksonville, brings 21 bands to three stages. The Big Ticket brings 11 hours of rock 'n' roll to Metropolitan Park on Sunday.
